Removal of the remains from Hospitals within the 5 Boros of New York City.

Securing necessary permit

Crematory Fee 

Return of the cremains by certified mail additional $40.00 with in the United States.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

An additional fee of $195.00 per Extra-man, for removals from a residence, hospice or nursing home facilities or if the remains in the hospital facilities is over 250 LBS.

Death certificates $15.00 PER CERTIFIED COPY.
